    Summary: The customer service representative I will provide our consumers with complete assistance. They communicate with consumers to supply and process information in response to inquiries, sales, complaints, questions and demands for goods and services. They are trained around the board to learn about customer service, team leadership and management.

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process customer transactions for multiple clients

    • Answer customer questions, concerns, and complaints

    • Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to increase consumer satisfactions

    • Troubleshoot customer issues and present solutions

    • Attend events as needed

    • Assist customers in finding the best product and service solutions to match their needs

    • Provide tailored customer service to each consumer, maintaining utmost professionalism

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Excellent public speaking and communication skills

    • Ability to easily resolve customer conflict in a friendly and professional matter

    • Ability to multitask

    • Customer oriented
