    Job Description

    Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking ROCK STAR Managers, Supervisors and Team Members to join our Food Services and Environmental Services for the University of Louisville Health Hospital System.

    Wages start at $15/hr and are based on position and experience level.

    We have multiple openings for EXPERIENCED and ENTRY-LEVEL candidates! 

    This is a great full or part time opportunity for to learn and grow in the Hospital Food and EVS Service Industry and provides a fun atmosphere to show off your hospitality, attention to detail.  This can be a full or part-time opportunity with very flexible schedules, daylight and evenings.

    FOOD SERVICE:  In a busy Hospital Food Services setting, our Managers and Team Members use their skill, experience and HOSPITALITY in all aspects and areas in overall Service Operations.

    ·         KITCHEN OPERATIONS: PREP, STOCK, INVENTORY, DISH ROOM, UTILITY

    ·         CAFÉ OPERATIONS: RETAIL, CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOSTING, SERVING, CLEARING, CASHIER

    ·         PATIENT/RESIDENT SERVICES:  ROOM SERVICE, PREP, DELIVERY, CLEARING

    ·         CATERING OPERATIONS: CULINARY, EVENT SET UP, EVENT SERVICE, EVENT BREAK DOWN

    ·         CULINARY OPERATIONS:  COOK, GRILL COOK, PREP COOK

     

    ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE: In a busy Hospital setting our EVS Managers and Team Members ensure safety, health and services in all Environmental Operations.

     ·         HOUSEKEEPING: ENSURING SANITATION AND CLEANLINESS IN PATIENT ROOMS, NURSING STATIONS AND OFFICE AREAS.  LINEN EXCHANGE AND OTHER SERVICES

    ·         FLOOR TECHNICIAN:  RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING, MAINTAINING, AND REPAIRING CARPETED AND HARD FLOORING SURFACES IN OFFICES, AND OTHER BUILDINGS

    ·         PORTER AND PROJECT WORKERS:  ASSIST THE EVS TEAM IN HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY, FLOORS AS WELL AS WASTE MANAGEMENT TASKS THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY TO INCLUDE RESIDENT ROOMS, OFFICES, AND NURSING AREAS.
