Our goal is to help individuals and families get out of debt with the least possible cost through conducting financial consultations, educating the consumer and recommending the appropriate solution.     WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    The Client Success Agent position is focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele who are enrolled in our debt settlement program. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, satisfying online requests for information, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base by exemplifying our core values to ensure they receive the best possible client experience with National Debt Relief. THIS POSITION HAS AN EXPECTED START DATE OF AUGUST 23, 2021. THIS IS A FULL-TIME REMOTE ROLE (40HRS/WEEK) 9 AM – 7PM CT.

    COMPENSATION: The earning potential for this role is 38-40k. This is an hourly nonexempt position. 

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Utilize customer relationship management software to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns
    • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints with limited escalation to team leaders
    • Document client discussions clearly and concisely
    • Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients
    • If required, escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, and other departments as needed

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Fluent in Spanish
    • High school diploma/GED required 
    • Previous experience on a customer service-based team, including a strong working knowledge of client service processes focused on providing a positive client experience
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail
    • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic when faced with complex problems
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
