WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

National Debt Relief is seeking a Brand and Content Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of best-in-class customer facing brand initiatives, earned media efforts, and content marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing and will work closely with key department leaders and stakeholders throughout the Company.

This person will work alongside a dynamic marketing team to shape the Company’s current and future brand marketing efforts, helping the company to evolve and further stake out our place in the market. Strategies and initiatives will span across integrated marketing campaigns (TV, radio, digital, etc…), content marketing, and organic social media.

This person will support a corporate agenda that raises aided and unaided awareness of the National Debt Relief brand, while promoting our agenda of supporting those in need and alleviating the growing debt crises in the United States.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the launch of the new company’s brand strategy and marketing campaign. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the creative development and production of new campaign assets (TV, radio, photography and digital) and brand guidelines with agency partners. Ensure deliverables align with brand strategy and are created on time.
  • Brand Compliance: Partner with internal teams cross-functionally on specific initiatives to ensure that projects align with our brand positioning and identity
• Manage upper and mid-funnel content marketing planning and execution across social media and website platforms – leveraging tactics like testimonials, influencer marketing, blogs and thought leadership content
  • Draft and edit effective creative and content briefs that include campaign/marketing objectives and strategic messaging
  • Collaborate with internal creative department, external agency/vendor teams and freelancers to develop assets. Ensure materials are on strategy and follow brand guidelines, as outlined in the creative brief.
  • Develop and manage organic social media content calendar
  • Community management of specific social media channels and review sites
  • Evaluate performance and recommend strategies to optimize
• Monitor competitive landscape and leverage consumer insights to gain a deeper understanding of our consumer and their journey to develop effective and insight-driven marketing
• Track marketing projects and creative development in project management software
• Assist marketing team to create presentations and decks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in integrated brand marketing, brand management or content marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
• Full understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Experience with influencer marketing, content development and community building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Highly collaborative, and ability to work well with a cross-functional team and external partners to develop cohesive marketing and content.
• Passionate self-starter and able to move with speed to implement ideas
• Handles multiple projects simultaneously and ability to track projects with varying deadlines
• Ability to form a deep understanding of our customer and how to connect with them through all forms of marketing content
• Equally analytical, creative and process-driven
