Duties:

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Educate owners on timeshare usage rights and status of their accounts.
• Reserving owner usage right for all Westgate Resorts.
• Processing Owner external exchange requests.
• Educate on benefits and sell Vacation Guard Travel Protection.
• Book, cancel and modify owner reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
