Part Time Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO
In this role, a variety of tasks are performed, including general clerical functions, marketing, and communication as well as special projects and administrative support. The executive assistant must possess a clear sense of organization, multi-tasking, and accurate quality product. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Windows Operating System.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Travel Administration – coordinate, book and manage travel as requested. Maintain controls on spend within company policy and for best financial controls.
Compliance tracking and use judgment in handling complex clerical problems. Perform a variety of clerical duties such as preparing, maintaining, comparing, checking and filing miscellaneous statements, metrics and reports, including but not limited to:
Expense and P-card reports
Perform other duties to facilitate the smooth operations of the office including ordering of supplies within budget, paying bills, General admin/bookkeeping support.
Schedule meetings and manage the calendar through outlook
Support of basic marketing and communications functions including website posting, intranet updates and company email
Support of company events and logistics management
Support of basic financial reports
Other duties or tasks may be assigned
Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presenting)
Exceptional organizational skills; extensive experience coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments with minimum direction
Time management and stress management skills in order to work in fast paced environment
Ability to work well with all levels of management
Must take ownership and be committed to delivering excellence
Ability to commit 20hrs/week for this role
