Work to support Pizza Lucé as a brand by using social media to increase awareness, share information and enhance guest experience to grow dine-in, delivery, and carry-out sales. This position will report to and work closely with our marketing manager and ensure that Pizza Lucé guests have an incredible pizza luce experience both off and online. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help with moderation, creation, and implementation of coverage and content for Pizza Lucé's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
• Work with the marketing team and restaurant managers to coordinate social media content for corporate and local marketing campaigns
• Monitor and track key analytics of all Pizza Lucé social media accounts, prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific resorts to be shared with Marketing and Ops teams
• Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and restaurants to identify and connect with key bloggers and influencers
• Ensure appropriate content is posted on behalf of Pizza Lucé on all social media account in a timely fashion (daily, hourly, etc)
• Meet weekly as needed with the marketing manager to ensure the social strategy is executed, on-track. 
• Track customer engagement sentiment and opportunities for social care improvement. 
• Identify opportunities to create relevant and positive social media content
• Coordinate with Marketing and restaurants to help implement the social strategy for upcoming events and campaigns. 
• Additional duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to write engaging copy
• Excellent visual communications skills and ability to create engaging content
• 2-4 years of social media, communications experience
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc
• Ability to adapt rapidly to changing and new platforms
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and adopter of new platforms and tools. 
• Posses passion for social media, community engagement, and digital media. 
• Strong customer service skills. 
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office
• Other duties as assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

• Candidates must reside within the Twin Cities metro area.

• Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
