Pizza Lucé Downtown is looking for experienced Prep Cooks to work in our HIGH volume, fast-paced scratch recipe kitchen. Our Prep Cooks are the heartbeat of our restaurants preparing ingredients and recipes.  Prep Cooks must be team players with a passion for making great food with consistency and speed.

**SCHEDULE: AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS FRIDAY TO SUNDAY 

Job Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of cook experience
• 18+ 
• Must know/follow food storage and safety/sanitation
• THRIVE in HIGH volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team
• Detail-oriented & organized 
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
