Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles; demonstrated experience with procurement system implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion and data analysis tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities to engage senior leadership.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, supply chain best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel: Required up to 25% of the time.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3–5 team members, including daily operations, performance management, hiring, issue resolution, and mentoring.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds; regularly stand, talk, and hear while performing duties.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write detailed documents and communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
Mathematical & Reasoning Skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Apply common sense to execute instructions, analyze complex situations, identify trends, and evaluate multiple solutions independently.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role (office and remote) with standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) but may vary based on business needs.
- Low-noise office environment with occasional field visits.
