The Cook performs the basic function of food preparation and serving of food; cleaning, stocking the kitchen, preparation areas, cooking areas, service stations and storage areas.

Where applicable, promote and demonstrate all service standards to ensure all guests enjoy an extraordinary experience.
Bring guest concerns to those Team Members who are qualified to handle.
Promote a positive public image and maintain Employee Relations standards at all times.
Maintain a clean, well groomed, professional appearance in accordance with MeyersUSA Standards of Appearance.
Must support a happy environment free of harassment and hostility.
Must use a professional demeanor and friendly tone in all interactions.
Adhere to all Human Resources and departmental policies and procedures regarding performance, recognition, coaching, training and discipline.
Set up, clean, stock and maintain all kitchen, preparation, service and dining and storage areas according to company/departmental standards of time, levels, order and appearance.
Prepare and cook venue food offerings from memory, following departmental/ franchise standards - time, recipe, portion size, appearance and quality from memory.
Must maintain knowledge menu items and ingredients.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, Health, Sanitation, and ServSafe standards.
Complete all required documentation according to company and/or franchise standards.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six (6) months of experience cooking in a comparable professional food concept preferred.
Passionate. Culinary and career driven with strong work ethics.
