    Job Description

    Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

    The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing the recruiting, sourcing, interview, and onboarding process for Corporate and Business Unit Team roles at Raising Cane’s. The individual in this role is responsible for partnering directly with key stakeholders and recruiters to assess staffing needs, source and interview potential candidates, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial interview through onboarding of new hires.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Attracts and sources candidates to fill current and future openings
    • Evaluates incoming applications and actively sources passive candidates to select talent aligned with the position profile and fit with Raising Cane’s company culture
    • Recruits and screens candidates for entry level individual contributor positions
    • Assists with RSO and Business Unit (BU) interview scheduling
    • Books candidate travel
    • Supports bi-weekly reporting for both RSO and BU recruiting
    • Cultivates strong working relationships with department leaders ensuring alignment on goals and objectives
    • Builds a pipeline of qualified and talented candidates
    • Supports onboarding of new hires by facilitating paperwork and managing the I9 verification process
    • Identifies career fair and college opportunities to drive internships awareness and collegiate engagement
    • Assists with RSO tours as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements for Success:

    • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
    • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Exceptional people and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
