    Job Description

    The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the successful provisioning of Renaissance Learning customers. The incumbent will review customer orders and complete the appropriate licensing and site set-up. They work closely with other members of the Customer Success team and other Renaissance departments to ensure the customer has a smooth and positive experience during the deployment phase of the customer journey.  

     Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  

    • Monitor all activities that are part of Renaissance product implementations with a focus on licensing, set-up, and rostering of products  
    • Provide customers with guidance and assistance during provisioning and set-up to ensure a strong onboarding experience.   
    • Coordinate with internal teams to advance a customer through the deployment process  
    • Document all interactions with the customer for company database reference  
    • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt based on customer needs and company priorities

    Education & Experience:

    • 3 years related experience in positions involving customer service/support or customer-facing technical support 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

      

    Other General Skills: 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on administrative and customer service   
    • Is highly organized and detail oriented  
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  
    • Motivation to independently drive performance  
    • Effective time management skills to ensure assignments are completed and properly documented  
    • Ability to handle escalations or urgent items as assigned  
    • Interpersonally savvy and the ability to influence and relate to others

      

    Additional Information

    SALARY RANGE: $38,400 - $57,700

    This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
