    Job Description

    RENAISSANCE IS SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, TECHNICALLY ORIENTED PROBLEM SOLVER TO TROUBLESHOOT CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.

    The Technical Support team provides accurate and responsive service and support to Renaissance's current and potential customers with computer or technical questions relating to product use. The representatives enjoy a fast-paced, phone and email intensive environment. 

    This position will be 40 hours per week covering 8am to 5pm with possible future shifts ranging from East coast coverage (6:30am-3:30pm) to West Coast coverage (10:00am-7:00pm).  Based out of our office in Bloomington, MN.

    The successful candidate is someone who possesses effective written and oral communication skills, strong customer service and computer knowledge, strong attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. FLUENCY IN SPANISH IS A PLUS!
