Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Restaurant Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Restaurant Marketing initiatives. This field-based role will focus on traffic growth, brand building, active community engagement, and local marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will support customer marketing requests, trade area-level canvassing, and brand-building efforts across Division 2 (D2) and Division 5 (D5) in the Eastern U.S.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
• Execute divisional marketing priorities, including trade area planning, fundraising coordination, and managing partnership requests through the Community Request System (CRS)
• Support new market entry and restaurant openings through planning, canvassing, and local team coordination
• Manage catering outreach and influencer requests by coordinating with Regional Partners and support postorder follow-ups • Support and execute local ACI activations across D2 and D5
• Deliver campaign execution, KPI tracking, validation efforts, and successful rollouts
• Support competitive blunting, brand building, and traffic-driving initiatives in focus markets
• Monitor sales trends and program results in emerging markets, ensuring an effective local marketing approach
• Support onboarding plans, maximize partnerships, and assist with special restaurant level projects
• Execute national brand and influencer activations as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Required to live within an assigned area in or near Philadelphia
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including heavy lifting and walking and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
