    Job Description

    Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Planning & Logistics Manager supports Company growth by developing strategic plans and processes for market stability and Crew planning. This role is responsible for managing resource allocation, maximizing Company support cross-functionally, maintaining and evolving the project management system, and preparing detailed reporting.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and programs to ensure scalability and effectiveness
    • Approve and track Managers on Bench and Manager Par exceptions
    • Audit Manager in Training and Manager on Bench labor to ensure accurate Pre-Opening expenses
    • Facilitate the new market entry relocation process
    • Facilitate collaboration between Growth and Centralized Support to ensure market stability
    • Maintain and evolve the designated project management system
    • Provide detailed reporting on Growth, Centralized Support, and Crew Planning initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Training, or equivalent field
    • 5+ years’ experience working with a multi-unit service company
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for timely multi-project management
    • High sense of discretion with confidential, sensitive information
    • Strong analytical, written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology systems

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a restaurant or retail company
