Job Description
Westgate Resorts is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join our high-performing Revenue Management team in Ocoee, FL. The Revenue Coordinator supports daily hotel and resort revenue operations, including rate updates, data entry, reporting, and inventory maintenance across 65+ Westgate resort destinations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hospitality analytics, revenue management, or resort operations while gaining hands-on training and exposure to enterprise-level systems.
In this role, you’ll work on-site in our Ocoee office and will collaborate closely with Revenue Managers, Reservations Specialists, and key corporate teams to ensure accurate pricing, competitive positioning, and real-time availability across multiple systems. You’ll also assist with daily reporting, troubleshooting rate discrepancies, and helping maintain data integrity to support strategic revenue decisions across the Central Florida portfolio and nationwide properties.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, eager to learn, and thrives in a structured office environment. You bring strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to multitask across time-sensitive priorities. This role offers significant exposure to hospitality technology platforms, rate management tools, and cross-functional teamwork—making it a strong entry point for career growth within Westgate’s Revenue, Analytics, and Operations departments.
