Position: Sales Associate (Customer Experience)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Worksite Arrangement: On-site, full-time
Compensation: $16.50/hr + sales incentives
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Evenings Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed. Shift is 4pm - 12am local time

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them through the rental process while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:- Greet customers and guide them through the rental process, including preparing agreements and offering optional products or services tailored to their needs
- Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
- Coordinate daily reservations based on vehicle availability and fleet planning
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service in all customer interactions
- Provide maps, directions, and relevant information to ensure a smooth rental experience
- Support corporate account deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely execution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and solutions-oriented
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
