    About the Role:
    Our client, a prominent healthcare staffing and recruitment firm, is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Client Development Consultant. This role is pivotal in connecting top-tier talent with leading healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape.?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and secure new healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and health tech companies.

    • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to increase service adoption and foster long-term partnerships.

    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads, set meetings, and close deals.

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to effectively position staffing solutions.

    • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality staffing solutions.

    • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM systems, tracking progress toward sales goals.?

    Qualifications:

    • 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales.

    • Proven track record of acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

    • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to identify client pain points and effectively position staffing solutions.

    • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

    • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.?

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)

    • First-Year Commission Potential: $20,000 – $40,000+ (uncapped)

    • Second-Year Commission Potential: $40,000 – $100,000+ (uncapped)

    • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $180,000+?
