    National Sales Account Executive

    Location: Remote (Corporate Headquarters in Southern California)
    Compensation: Six-figure base salary plus commission

    About the Role

    This is a high-impact remote role ideal for a hands-on sales leader in the freight forwarding and logistics space. You will drive new business, manage national accounts, and develop seamless ocean, air, and land logistics solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to consistently exceed client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect, qualify, and close new national accounts using CRM and sales tools

    • Create strategic quotes, proposals, and business presentations

    • Develop and grow relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and profit

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and performance metrics

    • Participate in regular virtual team meetings and product training

    • Independently meet and exceed quarterly sales revenue and profit targets

    • Collect customer feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and positive relationships

    Commission Structure

    Commission is based on gross profit generated from shipments—calculated as net revenue after deducting related costs such as freight, customs, trucking, demurrage, and detention charges. Monthly performance is evaluated relative to base salary multiples, with tiered commission rates:

    • 0% on profit under 3× base salary

    • 17.5% on profit between 3×–6×

    • 22.5% on profit between 6×–9×

    • 27.5% on profit above 9×
      Commissions are aggregated and paid quarterly once revenue is fully collected.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • 5+ years of international logistics or freight forwarding sales experience; proven management or leadership background

    • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); CRM experience beneficial

    • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

    • Willingness to travel occasionally; multilingual skills are a plus
