• Locations include: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Wayzata, White Bear Lake, Roseville and additional MN Metro cities.

• Roles include: Sales Agent, Customer Specialist, Business Development Representative, and New & Used Car Sales Professionals

• Compensation: Guaranteed starting base of $17/hr + sales incentives. First-year on-target earnings average $50K+ with no auto experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Guide customers through the sales process by providing vehicle information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role
• Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
