    Location - Casino - Employment Status - Full-Time - Shift - Varies - Category - Bowling - Bowling Pro Shop Specialist - Casino - Job Description: - Summary: The Bowling Pro Shop Specialist handles all facets of running the Starlight Bowling Pro Shop including serving guests, making sales, working on equipment, and maintaining inventory. Major Responsibilities/Activities: Provide excellent service to guests in the retail venue by selling merchandise and recommending products. Work on bowling balls including fitting, drilling, plugging, and polishing. In collaboration with Bowling Manager, maintains retail inventory and orders merchandise. In collaboration with Bowling Manager orders parts and chemicals to maintain good quality performance of equipment. Provide bowling advice, lessons and/or coaching to guests as needed. Maintains records of all equipment and parts ordered. Maintains MSDS sheets (Material Safety Data Sheets) for bowling center. Adhere to company cash handling procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. - Job Requirements: - Minimum Requirements: Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members. High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to work various hours as needed, including weekends and holidays. At least three years of experience in a bowling pro shop or related field. Knowledge of drilling techniques and principles. Ability to operate drill press, ball spinner, and similar equipment. Proficient in basic math. Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office and other related computer programs. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license. Equipment Used: Drill press, ball spinner, Revivor, engraver, plus assorted hand and power tools. Point of Sale terminal and cash register. Qubica BES-X scoring system. Copiers, Fax Machines, PCs and other traditional office equipment as required.
