Pay: $20.60/hr guaranteed base + weekly incentives based on production level up to $25.75/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform maintenance, including:

• Changing oil and filters
• Engine tune-ups
• Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses
• Mount and balance tires
• Suspension
• Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks.
• Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)
• Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a technician or maintenance role (automotive dealership experience a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-starter with capability to manage your day.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
