Bond Brothers Kitchen & Bar located inside the RDU airport is seeking a friendly and dedicated Server Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the servers and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with seating

Set and reset tables in a timely manner

Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service

Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food to tables

Clear and clean tables throughout the meal service

Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room

Provide excellent customer service to all guests

Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work as a team player and follow direction

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
