Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on training development and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage daily operations of the hotel or bar, including overseeing food and beverage service.

Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve service quality.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.

Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize operational costs.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.

Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience at another pizza establishment, or 2+ years of experience in a similar role from any other recognized hospitality brand.

ServeSafe Certification is required.

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.

Experience in training development and team management is essential.

Familiarity with inventory control.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
