Basic Qualifications & Requirements Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 1 or more years of laboratory/ industry experience + Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's or higher degree in a scientific discipline Hands-on laboratory experience and at least one-year experience in managing others in a lab environment + Strong background in GxP, regulations, standards and policies applicable to pharmaceutical environment + Training in quality, health and safety, compliance and lab audits + Demonstrates understanding of impact on tasks being performed by Scientists and their work Manage Technical Laboratory Services (TLS) operations to support all scientific groups at Pharmaceutical/Life Science accounts. Manage technical aspects in GxP and non-GxP labs and monitor performance of the team to ensure services are delivered to the required standard and scope. Ensure all work is carried out to exact specifications and in accordance with all Client/Sodexo policies and procedures; and in accordance with this job description. Position Summary Serves as a direct point of contact for customers. Responsible for ensuring customers receive an adequate level of service with their questions, concerns and/or issues. Answers/responds to routine questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products/services. Consults with or transfers more difficult issues to the Rep II or management.
