    Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Multi-Unit Operations Leader to oversee the operations of four Sonic Drive-In locations in North Dakota. You will be managing the operations of all General Managers and employees within the 4 Sonic Drive-In locations. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins’ employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at Sonic! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, engagement with team members, and a focus on achieving excellent operational results.     Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Development

    • Provide leadership and direction to store managers and staff across all locations.
    • Mentor and develop management teams to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Operational Excellence

    • Ensure consistent operational standards and procedures are followed at all locations.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

    Engagement and Communication

    • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all team members.
    • Engage with staff to create a positive and motivated work environment.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

    Financial Management

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all locations.
    • Manage P&L statements and ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.

    Customer Service Excellence

    • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all locations.
    • Address customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred

    Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision

    Proven experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.

    Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays as well as travel between locations as needed.

    Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices

    Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations

    Strong leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Basic accounting and computer skills.

    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.

    Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems

    Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills

    Abide by the company’s appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
