Job Description
The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils. This role supports daily kitchen operations by ensuring cooks and chefs have clean tools and workspaces. The Steward also assists with waste disposal, organization, and occasional basic prep tasks. This position is essential for maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant kitchen environment.
