Replaced light fixtures inside restaurant. Minor plumbing, faucet repair, toilet repair, sprayer repair, foot valve repair, toilets plunged and or snaked. Faucets replaced, urinals snaked, flush valves repaired or replaced. Paint bollard poles, dumpster gates, stripe parking lots, paint light pole bases, minor pot hole patching Pressure wash DT pads, dumpster pads, roof tiles, floor mats, air vents, anything else that needs pressure washed Completes special projects for the owners. V. Key Relationships Describe the nature and significance of key contacts inside and outside the company. Director of Facilities - receives work orders and special projects; Restaurant management and crew - establishes respectful and committed work relationships; Mgr, Operation Services - employee relations issues. VI. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Education: High School or Equivalent (GED) Experience: 2 - 4 years maintenance or construction experience; restaurant experience a plus but not necessary Specialization: (licenses, certifications, etc...) Drivers License VII.
