As a Cheesecake Culinary Operations Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our Culinary Operations department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. Youll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a Culinary Operations department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments. Reporting to the VP of Kitchen Operations you will work with our Culinary Operations team located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Culinary Operations function for a global $2.3 billion publicly traded company with over 200 full service restaurants and more than 38,000 staff members. Heres more of what you will get to do: * Assist in the research, preparation, evaluation and development of new and innovative solutions to the everyday opportunities faced by the hard-working staff members of our restaurants in order to improve consistency, simplicity and quality. * Interact with chefs accounting for decades of culinary experience with the company. * Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all experiments and recipe evaluations. * Prepare ingredients as per recipe instructions across multiple cuisines.

• Execute recipe test cooking procedures and evaluate results in tasting sessions. * Maintain a clean and professional working environment throughout each day. * Have fun!
