PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Provides quality service to both internal and external guests, specifically maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage. * Demonstrate full knowledge of service bars and keep bars properly stocked and cleaned. * Follows company standards of hospitality by making eye contact with every guest, smiling and offering a warm and friendly greeting with the proper verbiage. * Helps other employees when needed. * Provides exceptional service that differentiates us from the competition. * Performs side work and other cleaning and organizing. * Checks with manager before shift ends. * Makes every effort to learn guest names and uses names. * Maintains company-issue uniform in good condition and reports to work in authorized uniform as mandated by organization. This includes maintaining a clean and well-groomed appearance in compliance with departmental and company dress code standards. * Performs related work as requested. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: * At least 6 months similar experience in a bar, lounge, nightclub or full service restaurant in a luxury setting. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English. * Passionate about guest service and delivering the best guest experience each and every time. * Ability to initiate conversations with others in a polished, professional manner. * Ability to work, effectively with co-workers, other departments, and guests. * Respond to inquiries from fellow employees and/or guests. * Work calmly and efficiently under pressure. * At least 21 years of age. Preferred: * High School diploma or equivalent.
