SET THE COURSE Responsible for maintaining a defined sales territories
by managing Wholesale sales orders, communicating directly with
Wholesale accounts, and providing support to the Tommy Bahama sales
team. As a member of the Service Center they also provide support to the
Guest Services department as needed. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE * Handle phone
sales and respond to inquires on order status. Track with shippers to
verify status when necessary. * Respond to wholesale customers requests
for additional orders by checking availability and up sell where
possible. Key At Once orders and review daily reports for order status.
- Process incoming EDI orders per guidelines. * Manage and review orders
received via VRlink order management tool. Make corrections and
adjustments where necessary. * Enter booking orders not entered by sales
directly into Blue Cherry. * Review weekly reports run by customer
service supervisor to ensure order style detail is correct. Update in
system if needed and inform customer. * Set up seasonal reports for
sales team to receive via email. * Update orders if there are changes
requested by customers, sales or internal departments. * Fulfill special
customer request, such as provide UPC codes and special shipping
requirements. * Coordinate changes to orders with Allocations,
Merchandising, and Sales staff. * Assist other Customer Service Reps as
directed by supervisor. Includes covering other desks while a CSR is out
of the office. * Provide daily queue support as scheduled. * Provide
backup information for claims analyst. * Support Guest Services as
needed. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE * High School diploma or GED *
1-2 years in retail or wholesale preferred. * 2 years of customer
service experience. * 2 years general office experience * Must be detail
oriented * Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and Email, and the
ability to learn new applications/systems * Familiarity with order
management system preferred. * Excellent communication skills; written
and verbal * Ability to muli-task. * Customer Service experience. Mahalo
