Job Description
This Trade Cancel Collateral Processor role is responsible for managing and maintaining the flow of collateral between Westgate and its Custodian, ensuring that all assets held are properly funded and aligned with current lender portfolios. It includes overseeing the reassignment and release of collateral for accounts that are no longer eligible to remain in a lender’s portfolio, as well as recording cancellations and trade documents to release inventory.
The position also involves resolving complex title issues and exceptions through detailed research and collaboration with attorneys, custodians, and internal departments. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, as the role supports various administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
