Qualifications
- Technical certification or electrician license preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.
- Must be detail-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks, perform effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure every guest is welcomed and assisted.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
