    Summer Internship Program:

    This isn't summertime busywork - At Choice, every intern becomes an integral part of our team...and gets paid for it!

    Our uniquely designed program offers interns valuable exposure into the hospitality industry and cutting edge technology experience of a leading organization. Our comprehensive program promotes growth through various opportunities including: practical work experience and participation in a critical business project in a chosen field, learning and networking opportunities with senior leaders, and an intern-led service project supporting our corporate social responsibility initiative. This program is designed to provide students with an enriched experience in corporate dynamics, collaboration and their individual areas of interest.

    The role:

    This intern needs the knowledge of Service Management processes, workflows and development of documentation. They will assist in the creation of End User Guides, Training Materials and design materials for lunch and learns, and classroom training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Will assist in the creation of End User Guides, Training Materials and ability to perform demonstrations of our new Service Management tool.
    • Document process flows for the various applications within tool.

  • Qualifications

    Skills you have:

    • Instructional design for End Uer Guides, Training documentation and process flow.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy, IBM Control Desk a plus
    • Previous experience working with Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Catalogues a plus
    • Understanding of ITIL v2 or v3 best practices.
    • Must be able to uphold Choice's Values & Performance Principles of accountability, collaboration, performance excellence, sense of urgency, innovation, inclusion & diversity, integrity & trust, customer focus, and respect.
