Customer Service/ Receptionist
Job Description
As a Customer Service clerk responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints. It also includes calling customers to offer our products, entering orders and processing payments.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors and management Ability to work independently Must have the ability to make sound decisions, capable of communicating and reporting functions both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
