    Job ID: 1900135 Job Function: Sales & Marketing Location: Redmond, Washington United States Brand / Resort: Wyndham Destinations Schedule: Full-time Recruiter Washington Area 03 Jan 2019 Summary Responsible for carrying out recruiting efforts for the assigned area, managing job postings and working to source high quality talent in a timely and cost effective manner; screening and interviewing candidates and ensuring compliance with established pre-screening processes. Essential Job Functions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Work closely with training and Sales & Marketing management to forecast staffing needs and to ensure that sales and marketing recruitment efforts yield hire high quality Sales & Marketing hires while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals. Maintain and report monthly on staffing metrics. (10% time) 2. Manage talent attraction efforts and job postings, working to identify targeted sourcing tools (ie. the Internet, print advertising, publications, social media, sourcing vendors, community partnerships) and other means to generate applicant flow. Champion and promotes the PREP employee referral program features and benefits through innovative measures. (30% time) 3. Conduct preliminary interviews with qualified candidates in accordance with company policy and employment law and coordinate follow up interviews through point of hire or disposition of candidate. Work closely with hiring managers, trainers, and Human Resources to ensure corporate and site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified. (40% time) 4. Coach, train and support all business leaders who serve as hiring managers on processes and selection practices to build effective site recruiting operations at all sites. (10%) 5. Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges, real estate schools, and community organizations in order to generate a qualified, diverse talent pool. Plans and attends off-site job fairs and community networking events to promote social awareness of Wyndham Vacation Ownership. (10% time) Travel Requirements 0% - 25% travel time required within the region to attend recruiting functions and corporate meetings. Qualifications Minimum Requirements and Qualifications a) Education · HS Diploma required, Associates level/bachelors degree preferred. b) Training requirements · AIRS certified highly preferred c) Knowledge and skills · Knowledge of employment laws relating to interviewing and selection · Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting tools to include applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred), internet job boards, and social media. · Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment · Proven ability to analyze data, understand the impact and recommend successful solutions that positively impact the business · Possesses the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to a diverse audience both verbally and in writing, including effective use of interpersonal and listening skills. · Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict, relate positively to people in stressful situations, and remain calm under pressure. · Ability to address multiple demands and adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands or transitions into new assignments. · Able to make timely and sound decisions, understanding the impact and implications and providing feedback on outcomes. · Willing to take extra measures and independent action to solve problems and get work done when the situation calls for it while holding self and others accountable. · Skill in working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others. · Able to drive results, mentoring, motivating and guiding others toward both individual and organization goals and to fulfill the shared vision. d) Technical Skills · Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Taleo, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches e) Job experience · Two years or more recruiting experience. High-volume sales recruiting experience preferred. .
