  • Responsibilities

    We are a growing CANNABIS RETAIL COMPANY, hiring a RELIABLE ADMINISTRATIVE/LOGISTICS ASSISTANT who will undertake a broad set of administrative and operational tasks to provide support to our CEO, COO and managers.

    You should be detail-oriented, proactive, project oriented, and work with minimal supervision and respond to tight deadlines. 

    YOU WILL BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED, FLEXIBLE AND BE READY TO HELP! SET YOU OWN SCHEDULE, 10-30 HOURS A WEEK, AS NEEDED. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Organize multiple storage units.  Including inventory of items and moving physical files.
    • Assist in repair and maintenance projects in San Francisco.
    • Organize and file confidential accounting and HR paperwork.
    • Organize contact lists, passwords and filing systems.
    • Meet and support visitors.
    • Order, organize and deliver uniforms and supplies between delivery to retail locations.

    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Arrange events, appointments, and travel
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (including email, memos, letters, scanning and signing forms)
    • Prepare and submit expense reports

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR FOR ERRANDS IN OAKLAND, ALAMEDA AND SAN FRANCISCO.
    • 2-3 years experience of working in an Administrative Assistant or Operations Assistant role
    • High School degree
    • Significant experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as with office equipment, such as printers
    • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Travel from Oakland to Alameda to San Francisco several times a week
