Job Description

Position pays $10.00/hour plus commission.

The Telesales VOA Agent creates revenue by engaging defaulted (canceled) owners and prospective members through phone, email, and marketing outreach. The main purpose of this role is to sell Travel Club or VOA memberships to families who are unable to become owners or to canceled owners who cannot reinstate, providing them with a pathway to future ownership opportunities.

What will you do as a VOA Agent?

• Engage defaulted (canceled) owners through outbound calls and emails to promote Travel Club or VOA memberships
• Handle inbound calls from owners exploring reinstatement or membership options
• Follow up on all sales opportunities and deliver exceptional 5-star customer service
• Assist members with financial arrangements to bring delinquent accounts current
• Track and meet daily performance and production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ years of timeshare sales experience (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to close sales by phone and email
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets
• Comfortable using CRM and dialer systems
