Westgate Resorts is hiring Vacation Specialists to join our fast‑paced VOA Customer Service team. This role offers paid training, performance incentives, and long‑term career growth with one of the nation’s largest hospitality companies.

Earn $16.00/Hour During Training
Training Details
Training Duration: 5 Weeks Total
(3 Weeks Classroom Training + 2 Weeks Nesting)
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Onsite in Ocoee, FL
Work Schedule After Training:
Shift differentials apply, including 10% evening and $0.50 language differential.
As a Vacation Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for Vacation Traveler Package owners. You’ll assist with reservations, upgrades, travel protection, and account resolution while delivering a positive, professional guest experience on every interaction.
This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales experience who thrive in a metrics‑driven environment and enjoy helping guests plan memorable vacations.
