Welbilts internship program is designed to expose individuals to all phases of the foodservice equipment value chain and will take place at the Corporate Headquarters in New Port Richey, FL. Through this program you will have the opportunity to: Broaden your real-world business knowledge and experience Receive an inside look at your potential career path Gain exposure to other functions and departments Strengthen professional skills in the areas of talent management, instructional design and blended learning solutions including employee and manager support tools; as well as, related HR and learning management systems Share your experiences and present key learnings to a management team Report to Director Talent Management Responsibilities: Assist with company compliance programs including data collection and tracking Assist with instructional or program design for current training administration Coordinate and maintain Learning Management System Assist with the coordination of employee events at the facility Develop curriculum using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Articulate 360 and others as needed Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, survey instruments and LMS/HRIS Conduct best practice research to assist with HR 's strategic goals and/or continuous improvement initiatives Job Requirements Program Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Instructional Design at an accredited school. Prefer a graduating senior with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Instructional Design or a student currently enrolled in a related Masters degree program.
