    Job Description

    General Summary Of Duties:

    The Casino Marketing Intern provides a with a wide range of administrative and specialized project-based support for the Casino Marketing and Operations teams. The Intern will work with the Database Marketing team on developing and executing direct mail and digital campaigns. In addition, the Intern will work closely with the Promotions, Player Development, Special Events, Slots, and Table Games departments to provide customer facing support and assist with operational strategy.

    Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

    • Assist in the creation and execution of Direct Mail & Digital Marketing campaigns.
    • Review marketing campaign results and provide business insights.
    • Coordinate VIP player room, restaurant, golf, and entertainment requests.
    • Assist the Player Development administrative team with player prospecting and coding programs.
    • Provide support to the WOW Casino Rewards, Special Events, & Casino Call Center departments.
    • Work with Table Games and Slot management teams reviewing processes & procedures, as well as assisting with customer support.
    • Assist in the creative process by opening jobs, reviewing copy, and coordinating print.
    • Review and develop programming improvements to casino on property communications and signage
    • Seek and analyze competitor marketing materials

    Qualifications

    Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

    Sound computer skills and proficiency in programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Typical physical / mental demands

    Must be able to make decisions and work independently, effective decision-making and listening abilities with strong judgment skills, excellent organizational skills to function reasonably under time constraints and within established deadlines, with attention to detail and establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees.

    Typical Working Condition:

    Work is performed in an office space environment in a limited access of space: contact with department heads, staff and management; and ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.

    Experience Requirements

    · 2 years customer service experience preferred

    Education Requirements

    · Undergraduate student with an emphasis in Hospitality or Marketing. Junior or Senior preferred.

    Desirables:

    Strong passion to learn and drive continuous improvement.
