  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Assist all owners and internal customers offering 5star customer service via phone calls to the Owner Relation Department.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Speak with owners that call after 30days from the date of purchase
    • Answer owner questions, book reservations, take payments and all tasks related to the 5 star standard
    • Provide service to owner requests within the departmental guidelines
    • Maintain appropriate departmental logs, CSD, MR, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Westgate Sales Training and experience is required.
