    Job Description

    Prepare and maintain manual and/or computerized record systems providing parts information records by performing the following duties.

    As an Engineering Coordinator, you will:

    • Positive attitude
    • Provided Exceptional Guests’ Service
    • Answer phones following proper etiquette guidelines
    • Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Amadeus, Medallia, Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Provide Housekeeping and Front Desk with daily updates on maintenance block units
    • Block units for repairs based on availability discussion with Front Desk Coordinator and Management
    • Communicates with Housekeeping, Front Desk Coordinators and Managers to receive information regarding: Inventory of units needed for the day, VIP units needed for the day, early outs, etc.
    • Maintain and communicate with Engineering and Front Desk Coordinators and Managers all status 8 units to ensure availability for Front Desk by 2pm daily
    • Ensure all room request and maintenance service request are logged in HotSOS and units are expedited for check-in by 3pm
    • Assist with RPM program
    • Maintain spreadsheets to support the RPM program
    • Assist with scheduling Vendor service for Maintenance Blocks
    • Monitor HotSOS to ensure all Guest and Inspection service orders are completed to expedite check-in and Guest service
    • Maintains the filing and copying of documents
    • Monitor HotSOS, Tetris and DBR Availability to expedite room status for check-ins by 4pm
    • Monitor and manage Engineering Medallia Surveys to ensure Guest satisfaction
    • All other assigned duties

    To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values :

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 40 WPM Typing Speed, Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational Skills
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
