Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage attentively and courteously with team members and guests at all levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work any shift, (day or night), and be on call and available 24 hours
- Experience briefing senior management staff
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Must have proven success managing multiple projects with minimal guidance/supervision
- Aptitude for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in self-directed and team environments
- Ability to interact on a variety of personal and professional levels
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Possession of a Class D license
- Certified by the American Red Cross, preferred
- Proficiency in CPR, AED, and first aid techniques
