Join the Experiences team as an Activities Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. The Activities Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and success of various complementary and paid guest experiences at Wildflower Inn & Spa. They are someone who is organized and efficient while having the ability to speak and work with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience. The Activities Coordinator will play a key role in pre-arrival and daily operations as well as be cross-trained to assist in every department and aspect of the hotel. This is a wonderful opportunity for a curious and active person to join the exciting world of hospitality and experiences.
The Activities Coordinator role works on projects that range across culinary, design, wellness, adventure, art, fashion, music and private group business. This is a great opportunity for a hyper-organized, detail-oriented individual who is curious and passionate about any of these fields and how they impact the guest experience. The Director of Experiences will coach the coordinator to hone their project management skills and to develop a keen eye and strategic, critical approach as it relates to experiences and touchpoints that drive the property’s brand pillars and positioning.

The pay range for this position is $23/hour - $25/hour. This position is also commission eligible. This is the pay range for this position that Wildflower Farms reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
