SUMMARY

As the first team member a guest sees upon arrival, you’ll act as an ambassador for Guest Services and Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. Assisting bell staff with luggage, you’ll ensure that all guests experience a smooth and seamless arrival and departure process.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest luggage  
• Ensure luggage safekeeping and prompt delivery 
• Orientate guests on hotel facilities  
• Ensure a clean and organized lobby area  
• Assist guests in the arrival/departure process 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Regular movement: standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift/move up to 60 pounds
• Excellent guest service skills
