We’re looking for a rockstar digital marketing manager to fill our newly created Talent Acquisition & Events Marketing Manager role. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, this role is perfect for digital landing page creators and Facebook LeadGen marketers who LOVE working BOTH sides of that conversion funnel and seeing great results when it comes to having prospects RSVP for their events! This role centers around creating engaging lander (landing page) content with our brand/design team and running advertising campaigns that enable future team members to understand our unique culture and generate leads for both our talent acquisition/hiring teams AND our Westgate Sports & Entertainment teams (for their unique events).
The Talent Acquisition & Events Marketing Manager is responsible for ‘owning’ the digital marketing footprint as a whole, and executing digital, social, email, event marketing and job advertising strategies to attract top talent for open job positions, and qualified leads for our various sports and entertainment events. It is critical for this individual to effectively communicate and partner with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Vacation Ownership, Brand, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and connection to the Westgate brand, while maintaining a strong hands-on campaign approach to Facebook Ad Campaigns and the setup of landing pages on our main brand website. Individual will enjoy contributing strategically as well as enjoy day-to-day execution of recruitment/event marketing plans/tasks. This is a “roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and do what it takes to get the job done” type of role. Teamwork, flexibility, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage large and small projects with competing priorities is key to being successful.
