    Job Description

    Westgate Resorts is now hiring a HOA Outreach Representative for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. *Please note that you may be asked to come into the office on some days.

    DUTIES

    • Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations

    • Bring owner accounts to a status so they can begin traveling

    • Be 100% phone-based

    • Work in a metrics-driven environment

    • Be able to work the following schedule:

    • Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

    • Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 6 to 12 months of collections/sales experience
    • 6 to 12 months call center experience
    • Timeshare knowledge and experience preferred
    • Banking and/or mortgage experience preferred
    • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is a plus)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence (i.e., able to relate to customers and show them empathy)
    • Attendance and Punctuality.
