Requirements
- The individual must be energetic, self-motivated, and expressive with a keen eye for detail.

- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a commercial laundry environment.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions near loud, moving machine

Leadership Responsibilities
- Assists Laundry and Westgate’s leadership with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of property maintenance
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- All of these under the direct responsibility of immediate leadership.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum High School diploma, Bachelors or Associate’s in a maintenance related field preferred.
- 3 years or more of leadership experience in a resort/commercial environment.
- OSHA Safety Certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of computer skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must have valid Driver’s license from the State where job is located.
- Preferably licensed or certified in the major trades; refrigeration, plumbing or electrical.
