    Job Description

    General Summary Of Duties: The AML & Privacy Compliance Analyst is 1) responsible for conducting reviews and analysis of customers’ cash and cash related transactions in the casino systems; reporting transactions according to the FINCEN BSA guidance and requirements, and 2) assist in the area of privacy and data protection compliance and awareness.

    Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Review cash transactions; create and review Currency Transaction Reports.
    • Review cash and non-cash transactions for potentially suspicious activities; create and review SARs as needed and issue exceptions as required.
    • Barring Patron status if necessary.
    • Actively contribute to departmental performance with accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
    • Maintain relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
    • Keep informed of all new developments within the department.
    • Perform other related duties as required and keep engaged in department activities.
    • Review cash and non-cash transactions; and review Book Wagering Reports
    • Conduct privacy impact assessments for service providers and company products, services and initiatives; assist in ensuring proper processing of data subject rights requests and other privacy-related inquiries.
    • Perform legislative and factual research, and provide summaries and reports to privacy team.
    • Assist in managing team projects and web portals; review and revise policy and process documentation and assist in maintaining training and awareness efforts.
    • Support data incident review and response.

    Assist in developing and maintaining metrics and related reporting and privacy team transparency and accountability.

    Job Requirements Skills:

    • Problem solving/analysis.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word and NEWave.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.

    Knowledge of Gaming Industry and casino operations is preferred.

    Education Requirements:

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Requires a minimum of one (1) year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

    Language Skills:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and group situations.
